Splatter Paint

I decided to be brave (or crazy) today and let the kids splatter paint outside.  We took painter's tape and crated the first letter of their names on pieces of large paper.  Then they each chose 3 colors of paint.  I put large paintbrushes in each cup of paint.  We took our papers and paint outside!  After loading up the paintbrush with paint, they flicked it toward the paper, spreading painting all over the place.  Both kids thought this was great fun!

D contemplated which color to use before starting. S on the other hand grabbed a brush and flicked until the cup was empty.  Then he moved to the next cup.

Hard at work!
