Around the Pole
Everyday on the way to drop off and pick up D from preschool we pass some poles with Handicapped Parking signs on them. S insists on swinging around each of the poles. He laughs and smiles as though it's the most fun he's had all day. Recently D (and some of her friends) have started doing the same thing. They swing around the pole with their buckets flying out from their hands. Whenever I see them I have to smile. It's childhood at it's best ... a seemingly boring object used for fun. It reminds me to look for the fun in anything and to remember the simple things are often the most fun!
I took these with my iPhone!!
