Science Museum

A new children's science museum just opened in our area.  Today my mom and I took the kids so they could explore and experiment with some fun science things.

The museum is small but not crowded at all.  We spent about 2.5 hours there and the kids had a blast! It is set up in 4 separate areas ...

We did 3 different experiments here!
First we made a floating rainbow.

Next, we made 3 different bubble solutions and found out dish soap, water, and glycerin makes the longest lasting bubbles.

S and I also made magnetic slime.

Here we played with giant foam tinker toys and prisms.

This is where we made hover crafts to test in a wind tunnel and circuits with lights and sounds.

This was a general exploration area with a huge marble run, gears, building blocks, and turbines.
